Terms of Service

Agreement for services provided by Eyefire Software, LLC.

By engaging Eyefire Software, LLC for software consulting, design, development, or support services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Scope of Services

Services are limited to those described in the signed proposal, statement of work, or Service Level Agreement (SLA). Any additional work falls out of scope and may incur extra fees.

2. Payments and Fees

Fees are due as outlined in the proposal or agreement, which may be based on fixed price, time-and-materials, or retainers. Third-party costs (e.g., cloud infrastructure, SaaS tools) are the direct responsibility of the client and are not included in our fees unless explicitly stated.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide necessary access to code repositories, environments, documentation, and subject matter experts, and to review and approve deliverables in a timely manner.

4. Cancellation

Services can be cancelled with written notice in accordance with the terms of the applicable agreement. Any work performed and expenses incurred up to the effective cancellation date will remain billable.
